To receive your rebate, the
following rules, and conditions apply.
1. All applicants over the age of 18 are
required to write Horizon Realty on the guest card,
application, and lease. If there are two or more applications,
be sure that everyone does the same.
2. Sign a six month or longer lease at the
property.
3. Fill out the rebate form.
To qualify for $50.00 rebate rent amount must be
a minimum of $600.00 a month. To qualify for $100.00
rebate rent amount must be a minimum of $800.00 a month.
Only one rebate will be
processed per lease.
Only one person can claim the
rebate for the apartment unit.
If you have lived in the
same complex before, you cannot qualify for the rebate.
If
you transfer or move to a related property, you cannot qualify
for a rebate.
Rebate
Process
User agrees to all the following rules
regarding our rebate process. Renters who do not follow
instructions, disclaimer, and rules will not qualify for a
rebate.
Horizon Realty must be listed on all guest
cards, applications, and lease agreements as the renters
referral source.
If Horizon Realty does not receive
compensation for any reason, the renter will be disqualified
from any rebate. If the property the renter selects doesn't
compensate Horizon Realty for the renter's lease,
Horizon Realty will not be obligated to pay a rebate or
compensate the renter. The rebate is subject to the consent of
the party the agent represents.
Renter must come back
to texashomelocators.com before the renter moves in
and go to the rebate form where the renter must
provide Horizon Realty with all required information
requested on the rebate form.
Once submitted, Horizon Realty will verify all
the leasing information with the property. If all terms and
usage are followed with this website, then the rebate
will be awarded. If any portion of these rules are
compromised, the rebate will be void. Once Horizon
Realty receives the commission check we will send you a check
to your new apartment.
Disclaimer
Horizon
Realty reserves the right to modify all rebates,
policies, disclaimer, at any time without notice. Rebates will
be honored if the renter has met all terms and conditions.
Horizon Realty does not sell customer
information to outside sources or third party companies. All
information will be kept confidential.
